    Our Cereals:

We have a tasty range of organic and vegan loose cereals; hopefully something for everyone. The majority do contain wheat and nuts but we also have found a couple of alternatives:

No nuts? Choose our simple Fruit Crunch base and add your own extras. We also have cornflakes and porridge oats.

No wheat? Choose our delicious fortified Luxury Fruit Muesli with Berries: 20 ingredients; exchanging wheat and barley flakes for quinoa flakes, puffed wheat and buckwheat (despite name, not related to wheat!)

We also have a gluten free muesli and gluten free oats but please read our section on loose foods and allergens first, here.

    Weight?

To help you to select the weight you need, we have researched some weights for you: a popular large boxed brand of Cornflakes contains 720g and a supermarket's own brand often contains 500g. Organic brands tend to pack far less at 375g. Muesli weights vary considerably, but generally weigh 450-750g with some supermarket brands for 1kg. Luxury brands, Free From and Organic cereals are always sold in smaller packs.

    Packaging:

We will weigh out your cereals for you and package PLASTIC FREE into recycled brown paper bags or into home compostable wood cellophane bags. Some cereals cannot be stored in paper otherwise they lose their crispiness and become stale more quickly. These particular cereals are usually packed for you in home compostable cellophane bags but if you prefer paper, simply state so in the comment box at check out or send an email. Ensure to dispense the cereal into an airtight container when you receive the product.

The majority of our oat based cereals arrive to us in bulk paper sacks whilst the crispy cereals arrive in either a single large bulk PE plastic bag or in compostable bio plastic packaging - such as the granola.

We make every effort to re-use or to re-home the packaging where possible before we finally recycle. Where there is a choice, we choose suppliers who offer their cereals in paper sacks.
