Replace a portion of the flour content with ground almonds to make a firmer, more nutrient rich cake with more ‘bite’; particularly good in tray-bakes. In some recipes, they can be used as a replacement for polenta or semolina.
Storage: Store ground almonds in an airtight container away from sources of heat and light. Nuts can also be refrigerated to lengthen shelf life.
